What does “prioritized response times” mean?

“Prioritized response times” means that customers of our premium maintenance packages receive priority treatment. Depending on the package, we guarantee response times of 24 to 48 hours within business hours.

Is new feature development included in maintenance?

No, maintenance serves to preserve the value of a software. The implementation of new functions is not included and will be handled separately.

How often is my website maintained?

The frequency of maintenance depends on the selected package. It can be quarterly, monthly or even more frequently depending on individual requirements.

What if I have a problem outside of business hours?

We offer extensive contact options, including email, phone and Zoom. Whatsapp and Slack are also available for customers of the “Prio” package. We do our best to assist outside of business hours, especially with urgent requests.
