enhanced functions

• list_online_members: bigger, better, faster: Andrew did great work and recoded this function. Please check the new syntax in the manual.

fixed functions

Several functions where fixed. Many where updated to support one of the strictest HTML-versions: XHTML 1.1. You defenitlyshould update your class-file if you use XHTML 1.1 on your website. All live-examples are coded in XHTML 1.1 by now, too.
