When someone registers, he gets two emails. One with the login and password from WP. The second with forum activation link. What I should change to send only one email with all necessary data?

You can edit the email language and template files in IP.board to change it's formatting and contents. Additionally, you can disable email validation in IP.board or install a plugin for WordPress for deactivating email confirmation there.
