When I activate Smooth SSO on the forum I get an HTTP 500 error when attempting to sign in or create a new account. I can login from the wordpress site and it syncs with the forums, but I cannot login from the forums without receiving the error. I have disabled SSO on the forum only and I can now login, but wordpress doesn't recognize it. However, with the forum SSO disabled I can login through wordpress and it syncs to the forum still. Any suggestions?

Did you followed all steps described in the Howto? http://ipbwi.com/howto-ipbwi4wp/

it's important to upload the license.dat to the specified directory, too. Additionally, it's important to import the settings.xml into your admin's config panel.

Yes I have. I went back over them several times to make sure I didn't miss anything. I'm using PHP 5.2 so I may see about upgrading my site to 5.3 since you say you've dropped support for 5.2 . The part that is strange to me is it works from the wordpress side, but not from the forum side.

Also, I have uploaded the license file to site.com/wp-content/plugins/ipbwi and site.com/forum/admin/applications/forums/extensions and site.com/forum/admin/applications/forums/extensions/ipbwi Is there anywhere else it needs to be?

Hi dateranoth,

seems you've done everything right. Please send me a PM or email to contact@ipbwi.com with your FTP Data and I'll check your installation for free.

Kind regards,
Matthias

Thank you for the help. I will email you in the next couple of days. I'm on a production site so I have everything disabled currently. I will enable everything again before I email you so you can check it out. Thanks.
