I installed ionCube using PHP I keep getting fatal errors from WordPress like I did months ago when I try to activate the plugin, and the installer just plain errors on me. This is due to it being encrypted or encoded (I don't know how ionCube works) and WordPress thinks it is in the right format, you clearly have no instructions where to go with the ionCube. Even spending a long time trying to understand it myself, do you really think people want to figure this all out, if we did we would cut you out of the equation and do it ourselves. The FileZilla + WinRAR you keep forcing people to use is very hard to use and obsolete. You make it very hard to even see this thing in action, how do you expect people to buy it? Sure, people will pay for it due to there only being two of these out right now and both are crude. But, I've spent hours trying to get this work on different occasions, it is just make it harder on us more please.

You need to learn how to make your products user-friendly, it doesn't matter how good it is, if it isn't user-friendly you aren't going to make near as much with it.
